The World Duathlon Championships were held this year in Penticton British Columbia Canada, Penticton is a town on the shore of Lake Okanagan, which I am looking out onto as I write this.
Peter Jay completed the Stour Valley Path 100k run on Sunday in a time of 15:16:42, yes that is right 15hrs. Just imagine running 20 Parkruns back to back, how do you do it Peter?

On Wednesday 26th July, Katie and I ran the second race in the league. The race was an optional 5/10k for the ladies and 10k for the men around the village of Marham.
