Just a quick email to confirm arrangements for Race Day
Below are key points, but you will find more detailed information on the Tarpley page of our website (pacers.org.uk).
Thurston Community College (Beyton Campus), Drinkstone Road, Beyton, Nr Bury St Edmunds IP30 9AQ
You will see directions for parking clearly marked as you get into Beyton (please do not park at the venue itself)
Please note there is a five minute walk to Race HQ
Registration (at Race HQ)
Saturday 24th Feb / 10.00am - midday
Race Day / 8.15am – 11.00am
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY OR TRANSFERS BETWEEN RACES THIS YEAR
Race Start Times
10.30am / 20 mile race
11.30am / 10 mile race
PLEASE NOTE ANYONE WHO RUNS THE 10 MILE COURSE WHEN THEY HAVE STARTED THE 20 MILE EVENT, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
These will be texted to those of you who gave us a mobile number and will be available immediately after the race
These will also be published on our website as well as www.racesonline.uk
For those of you wishing to be included in the Suffolk Grand Prix, please check your results for accuracy and notify me of any errors by end of Friday 2nd March. The results for the Series will be calculated after that point and no further changes will be made
Last Minute Race Information
We advise you to look at either our website or our Facebook page (logon to your Facebook account and search “Saint Edmund Pacers” and you will see the public site) for any last minute information
Transfers prior to Race Day
Please note we will not be accepting any transfers pre Race Day (either between races, if a place is available, or to another runner) after midnight on Thursday 22nd February
